Pam Harper is a global keynote and TEDx speaker, author, and Founding Partner & CEO of Business Advancement Inc. (BAI), a strategic growth advisory firm. In addition, she co-hosts the award-winning Growth Igniters® Radio podcast, named a top business podcast by PopCon and Thinkers360, and featured in media including Morningstar, Seeking Alpha, and Yahoo Finance. She has also been featured on others’ leadership podcasts and has been quoted or featured in major media including Bloomberg Business Week, NACD Director’s Monthly (National Association of Corporate Directors), Investor’s Business Daily, Pharmaceutical Executive, PIA Magazine (Professional Insurance Agents Association) and FEI Daily (Financial Executives International). Her critically acclaimed book Preventing Strategic Gridlock®, has been used by business leaders and taught in universities worldwide. Pam draws her insights from client experiences and earlier leadership roles in private and public companies. Her insights have also been shaped by being on non-profit boards, including the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New Jersey and the Board of Trustees for The New Jersey Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC). Pam has a degree in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University.
